About the Author

Folami Mustafa was given birth to in Obele Odan, Surulere, Lagos. He attended Surulere Baptist School and Government College, Lagos. He cut his literary teeth at the Creative Writers Forum of the prestigious University of Ilorin where he learnt at the feet of the masters.

A contributor to the Nelson Mandela poetry colloquium, Mustafa was a resident writer at the Ebedi International Writer Residency.

A former correspondent with the Kano based National Review, he currently writes for the Brisbane based Decent News.

He is married and currently resides in Kano.
